Good morning. :-) Gnome told me about this probably an hour ago, but I decided to drink the new year in and therefore slept in. Lol. I just finished a cabled wrap for my mom that took me 8 months to knit, so I'm done knitting for other people for a while. It's so liberating to knit for myself! The spring semester starts on the 21st, and I'm so excited. I got my backpack ready yesterday lol. I start training for the next marathon on Monday.
How are you? How's Allie? Happy New Year! I love even-numbered years.
There is always crazy. We have judgy LisaBoo(or something another) who is an idiot on epic proportions. We have the newbs who are trying too hard to fit in and can't figure out when to post snark. Same stuff different day.
I love it! I'm in an ASL interpreter program, in case I never told ya'll. It was hard in the beginning because I am socially awkward and meeting new people is hard (and then add a language barrier), but it's gotten better. We are required to go to a few social events and write reports. I can't wait for the new semester to start.

We talked about it some in that other place. J is thinking about becoming an ASL interpreter when she grows up (I got the idea from you). I use sign at work and she loves learning with me. I've checked out the programs here and they seem really cool but intensive. It's awesome you are so excited.
Baby boy H is here! Born 2/1/2014

I took two years of ASL. I wanted to do the interpreter program but there's only one school here that does it and there's a loooong waiting list. It sounds like fun though!
