Anatomy Scan! **Health Update**

The tech couldn't tell us anything so we are still praying for healthy normal results but she did tell us that we are team BLUE! DH and I just cried we are so happy, although even if she said girl we would have still cried but it feels so remarkably real now! He was putting his arm over his face like he was trying to say "no more pictures" lol it was to cute and we saw him yawn and move around ugh so freakin cute. Almost half way to meeting my little man. I love him so much. To bad he couldn't stay still we got all the measurements but the pictures weren't that great but oh well I'm just praying the baby's results come back healthy.

Health update: Well the nurse just called and she said nothing came back abnormal and all his organs and sizes were what they wanted but they couldn't get a clear picture of his heart chambers so my OB wants the A/S repeated in 2-4 weeks. I know she said not to worry and I know my little man was being difficult but I can't help but be a little concerned. I'm thankful for the normal results today and just praying that the second scan comes out well too.

    June- Femara 7.5mg + Trigger + IUI = BFN  August- Lap & Hysteroscopy = Blocked & Partially Blocked Tubes
    September- Femara 5mg = CX - No Response on Left = BFN  October- 100mg Clomid + Trigger + TI = BFN
    IVF # 1: Stims 11/30 ER 12/12/12! (10R, 10M, 8F, 2T, 6 F) :: Beta #1- 176  c/p @ 4w4d
    FET #1 February 26th :: Lost 4 to Thaw, Transferred 2 = BFFN

    8/2013 - IUI #2: 50 units Follistim +  Ovidrel  = BFP! Beta #1 (12 dpiui) 8/21: 45  Beta #2 (16 dpiui) 8/26: 301 Beta #3 (21 dpiui) 8/30: 1,929. 1st Ultrasound 9/4 - One perfect sac. 2nd Ultrasound 9/13 - Heartbeat at 124 bpm! Anniversary

    Congratulations! I love the U/S pic! Wonderful. Any updates on health?
    | Married since 2008 | DH and I: Both 30 | Me: Endometriosis and Carrier of an X-Linked Dominant Genetic Disorder | DH: Low Morph | Planning IVF with PGD and PGS in 2013 | Freeze-All IVF #1: March 2013 ER 3/26. 29R, 12M, 11F. 4 5AA frozen blasts. Freeze-All IVF#2: May 2013 ER 5/15. 31R, 21M, 20F. 6 5AA frozen blasts. Our PGD probe was completed in late June (total of 20 weeks to develop). PGD and PGS Results came on 6/19: 3 healthy embryos (normal chromosomes and unaffected by my family's genetic disorder). FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014

    Congrats on finding out your team blue and for seeing your baby boy!

    Me: 42. DH: 46.

    1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

    2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

    3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

    4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

    5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

    Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

    August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
    Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
    Baby is due 4/26/14

    Congrats in great news! I also had to go back for a repeat scan for a few things they couldn't see as well as they wanted- there were no problems it was just the way baby was positioned. Try not to stress!
    Me:30 low AMH; DH:30 MFI (count, motility, morphology)
    2 rounds clomid 100 mg -BFN
    IUI#1- 25 mg clomid- July 2012= BFN!
    IUI #2 August = BFN!
    IUI #3 September = BFN!

    IVF #1 November - converted to IUI #4 due to poor response = BFN
    IVF #1.2 February- converted to IUI #5 due to poor response = BFN
    IVF #1.3 April- micro dose Lupron flare with HGH; 14R, 13M, 11F! Transfer of 1 day 5 blast on 4/30, 4 frosties. BFP! Beta #1 9dp5dt= 179; Beta #2 11dp5dt= 442; Beta #3 4106 Stick baby stick!!

    Glad to see the great news in your update! My little bugger wouldn't cooperate for the most part either. They prepared me that I might have to come back (which they said is common) but they had me lay a different way and they were able to get what they needed. I wouldn't worry- I do think it happens often!
    They did spot something in my A/S though (not related to not getting a clear shot) and the doctor was in to talk to me within a half hour and I had follow up testing scheduled the next day (all is good so far, thank God)- so Beth is right that they would get you in ASAP even if they suspected something was off.
    Try not to worry- I am sure all is good!

    Great news! Don't worry, I had to go back as well because my LO wouldn't cooperate for some of the shots either. Try to keep cool (easier said than done I know :). )

    Hey there, glad to hear you're LO is good, and yay for team blue! I had the same scare, and even went to the extent of hearing that she has a VSD, fast forward to her being born, no VSD and she's fine. So I guess I'm saying try not to worry, sometime the baby is squirmy so the tech cnt get a good look. Hang in there. Y&P
    TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --
