Bought my first nursery item

A super squishy rocking recliner! Woo hoo! And then I measured and mapped out the whole room and made templates of the different furniture pieces that would need to fit so I could play with the arrangement. Kinda feeling like a dork, but hey, it gave me something to do.

Investing in a good recliner/glider is so important.  You will likely spend many many hours/nights in that chair.

So exciting!! I did the same thing, measuring and creating templates to figure out where everything should go. My hubby thought I was crazy, but it definitely helped me to visualize the room. We have all of our furniture now, and while I didn't follow the layouts exactly, I did stick pretty close to them! I say have fun with it!
