Anyone us Midwest Sperm Bank?

Looking at using Midwest Sperm Bank for IUI. Has anyone used them? Looking for any feed back. Thanks!

    Hi lady.  Third party reproduction board might be the best audience to ask for this.  Some ladies on here are using DS, but may have more responses over there.  Good luck!

    IVF #1 Oct 2013- cancelled 
    IVF #2 Mar 2014- success.... baby girl born 11/28/14
    FET #1 Mar 2016- baby boy due 12/16/16
