I'm really not trying to be snarky but this is not always true. You just seem so "this is how it's done" and that's not the case. Why does it matter so much to some people?

I get hoping for a certain sex, honestly. Putting this much thought and effort into it seems bizarre.

Also, I'm hoping for another girl, but there's no way in hell I'd be like, 'Ok, I'm just gonna lay here. Make sure you don't get me off!' Like someone (CLLDLL I think) said, you're not swaying the odds much, if at all.

I'm in. We're (read: I'm) hoping to get KU again after DH finds out where he's getting stationed next.

Dh has decided to move our ttc date from February to August! His excuse is because of money, but I think the real reason is because he doesn't want to move this summer by himself. I am perfectly fine letting him carry everything! But my uterus aches everything I see a pg lady now, knowing we were going to start trying next month.

Remind him that it sometimes takes a while? And even if you do get KU before then, you're pregnant. Not broken. You can help move.

THIS.  I wanted to punch people every time they expected me to just sit on my ass while everyone else did everything.

I get what you're saying MK, but if she's like me, when we move, I do 80% of the cleaning/packing/trashing junk. I was pretty much crippled by hyperemisis my first trimester, so it would have put a huge strain on us for me to be newly pregnant while moving.

If it's just the issue of physically moving from one place to another that's stopping her husband, I totally agree with you. My 30+ week pregnant self helped carry our crib, dresser, and recliner into my house.
