Re: Girl Name Poll

  • To me Aubrey does not sound male and I've only ever known females so it's 100% female to me despite it having male background. Because of that I don't mind a unisex/masculine MN of Quinn.

  • My niece is Aubrey Anne . I love the one syllable mn, but Aubrey Quinn sounds a little masculine . I know Aubrey is a male/unisex name, plus I see Quinn as a male, not female name. So if you want feminine I'd do Charlotte, or a different mn altogether .

This is exactly how I feel! DD has two unisex/originally boy names that I personally think are more feminine, same with Aubrey Quinn.
  • I wouldn't know if Aubrey Quinn was a boy or girl.
  • I vote Quinn. I don't think Aubrey Charlotte flows very well. If you're worried about Quinn being too masculine, what about Aubrey Gwen?
