Intro and Provera question

Hello all!  I'm mostly over on the Multiples board but was hoping it was ok to post here as well.  My DH and I ttc for 4 years and IVF #1 was successful and we now have two beautiful twin girls who are 4.5 months old.  I am not breastfeeding and only tried it for 2 days in the hospital.  I still have not gotten my first post partum period.  Our infertility was mostly unexplained but I do have slight PCOS.  I would get my period every 35-50 days so it was irregular before pregnancy.  My OB told me to call if I didn't have it at 3 months.  I decided to wait because I was on so many hormones to get pregnant I didn't want to jump into that route again.  
Just wondering if anyone else took Provera to bring it on and if you did, how long did you wait?  I was thinking of waiting until the 6 month mark but I don't know if it's better to just get this show on the road or what...

    I have taken it in the past. After my son was born I waited to see if I would get a cycle on my own. I did get one, when he was 9 mo old. Then I didn't get one again until I took it in August when we officially started trying for #2. I haven't had problems when I take it, I get my period about a day or 2 after I stop taking it.
    TTC since August 2009
    Clomid for 6 cycles starting August 2010- O but no BFP
    SA Septemeber 2010 Looking good 
    HSG September 2010 All clear 
    1st RE visit May 2011 - IUI#1 June 20, 2011: BFN
    IUI #2 July 31 2011: BFP - m/c @ 5w1d
    Surprise BFP on a break cycle 10/4/11, Due June 4, 2012, Born 6/9/2012

    TTC#2 : Cycles 1-3 Protocol 1500mg Metformin Daily, Femara + Ovidrel, Progresterone support 
    HSG#2 November 2013 All clear

    Just wanted to say welcome! Congrats on your girls. No advice on provera.

    Me-36, Unexplained Infertility, DH-35, all clear
    Clomid 50mg 12/2011 = BFN
    Clomid 100mg 1/2012 = BFN, with Cyst
    IVF #1 Lupron/Menopur/Gonal-f/HCG Trigger
    ER 4/19/12 = 11 retrieved, 6 fertilized,
    ET 4/22/12 = 2 transfered (day 3), remaining 3 weren't good enough to freeze
    Beta 5/3 = BFP, 87 Beta #2 5/7 560.9 Beta #3 5/9 1376.5 First u/s One Baby, 125bpm!
    Second u/s, 176bmp! Kicked over to the OB by the RE at 8w. Team Green!! 
    Baby girl J arrived two weeks early! Born into water, med-free. Hooray for Team Pink!

    TTC #2 - back to the RE, treatment started 12/2014.

    Thank you for the insight and the welcome!  I actually got my period today lol.  Guess I don't need the provera.

    I ded would not wait its bad for your bones not to get Af. I took provera and each time I got Af 5 days after taking the last dose.
