NYE Plans?

What's everyone got going on for NYE?  Going out without the kids, going somewhere kid-friendly, celebrating at home?

    Dinner out with my parents and friends, and a kid-friendly event with my MOMs club, and a party my brother is throwing were all options - but we've decided not to do anything.  And I'm totally ok with that!  We'll probably order take out, have a couple glasses of wine after the kids go to bed, and play a few games.  I may or may not make it to midnight :)

    About 10 minutes after I typed this post, DH looked over at me and said, "What's going on tomorrow?  Are my parents babysitting?  Where are we going?"  LOL obvious communication failure over here.

    And then an hour later his cousin texted us to see if we want to come hang over there with his wife and their three kids.  So we'll probably do that for a few hours, then head home before midnight.

    Duds. That was the worst NYE ever. My husband and I argued for two hours and I cried at the bar. I want my hundred bucks back after that terrible night out!
