First gestational songoram tomorrow-what to expect?

Hi Ladies,
We have our first gestational sonogram tomorrow, where I'll be 6.5 weeks along.  At our last appointment, the nurse said that we should be able to see the heartbeat. Anything else we should expect?  Kind of nervous and hoping that everything is ok.

    You won't see much at 6 weeks, and don't worry.  There'll be one little sac, with one tiny bean, and a little bitty flicker of a HB.  Or, in my case, two of each.  It's hard to relax for the first US, but try to.  Congrats!!  BTW - you may want DH to stand by filming your reaction - I know I cried the first time I saw the US.  I still almost cry every time.

    PP summed it up perfectly. Visually, there's not a whole lot to see but you should be able to see that beautiful flicker! We saw and heard ours at 6w5d. It was loud and clear! Most incredible moment of my life, truly. Good luck!

    9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
    9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
     9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

    11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
     11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
    Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
    6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

    Snowflake baby is a girl!

    You'll see the most beautiful little blueberry you've ever laid eyes on! We heard the heartbeat, but I know that some don't and that's normal too. Enjoy every second!

    Awesome!! 
    We saw and heard the heartbeat at 6w1d. 
    I had a freak incident about 2 hours after the u/s where I started bleeding. I immediately called the nurse, and said it was most likely my cervix being irritated from the wand, and sure enough that is what it was. My DH had been on pelvic rest (our choice) so it had been since the ET that anything had been in that area. 
    I only tell you this because I wish I had been prepared for this possibility! I was in the Sam's restroom, and started freaking out! 
    Me 28 DH 30 Married 08-11-07 TTC since 07/11 HSG 01-21-13 Left FTB Seeing RE 1-28-13 RE 1-28-13 Both tubes blocked LAP surgery 2-15-13 Both tubes removed Started IVF #1 June 2013 Meds: BCP, Lupron, Gonal-F, Ovidrel, Medrol, Doxycycline
    Beta #1-BFP!!! HCG-55 Beta #2--111 Beta #3--2,825 Beta #4 22,031 1st U/S 7-29-13 Saw and heard our little sweet pea's heartbeat!! 109 bpm

    These are my two BFP IVF cycles. You will most likely see a blob with a yolk sack attached....kind looks like a chicken fetus to me. But that's besides the point. I saw heartbeats at both ultrasounds.

    You'll most likely just see a little blip, but you should be able to see the HB flickering and hear it, too.  We were able to see and hear ours at 6w2d! :-)  They'll want to see how fast the HB is to make sure you're on track, and they'll also take measurements to make sure baby is measuring on schedule.
