Just wondering if you made it to a dr yet, and how you're feeling. Worried about you, lady!
Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
DH: 31, normal!
April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305
PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

    Me = 36 with PCOS and 1 tube removed for a cyst and adhesions
    DH = 35 with low morphology

    April '09 IVF (antagonist protocol) = 5R5M, none fertilized, cancelled at ET
    May/June '09 IVF/ICSI = 6R6M6F, 2ET on 6.18.09, 1 frostie, Beta on
    6.30.09 = 51 OMG!! Beta #2 = 167 Beta #3 = 2630!!!!! An uneventful pregnancy. 
    3.16.10 a healthy beautiful miracle boy born via unscheduled c-section

    Now on the quest for another, so our dear son is not alone.

    May/June '12 IVF/ICSI (antagonist protocol) =10R9M9F, 1ET = BFN, 2 frosties
    Aug '12 FET, 1ET= beta hell, 2 rounds of methotrexate, 4 months later Hcg < 2 
    Jan/Feb '13 IVF/ICSI (long lupron protocol) = 18R18M18F, 1ET = BFN, 10 frosties
    Apr '13 FET w 2ET (one from '09 and one newer) = (strep throat during 2ww) biochemical = BFN
    June '13 FET w 2ET = 1 baby boy lost at 10w, D/E with karyotyping, loss due to monosomy 21.
    Karyotyping of me and DH negative for a balance translocation.
    Dec '13 FET w 2ET, BFP!!!! 12/26 beta #1 10dp5dt = 781, beta 2 12dpt= 2234 could this be real?!
      Not giving up yet.
    5 frosties on ice.

    Truly realizing how much of a miracle my son is and praying this will be a sibling for him.

    If she really thinks you have an ulcer, she should have done bloodwork for H. Pylori-it wouldn't be a definitive answer, but it's a good place to start. Do you still have pus draining from the incision?

    Not that this is an excuse, but if she can pin anxiety on you, it will make her feel better for not being able to address/answer your concerns. Grrrrr........ Can your RE possibly get you in sooner?

    ETA-a CBC would have been a smart blood draw as well....

    I'm so sorry! I would be furious too because what was the whole point of her having you come in today. I hope you are feeling better and that your pcp can see you asap.

    IVF with PICSI #3: ER 9/8 (11 ER/8 Mature/7 Fertilized)/ET 9/13 (2 AA blastocysts transferred) 
    Beta#1, 9/26/12: 719 Beta#2, 9/28/12: 1,436 Beta#3, 10/1/12: 3,446
    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    I wonder about gallbladder? Is there any correlation with eating and pain? Gallbladder issues are common during and after pregnancy, and seem to often come up after surgical procedures.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Ditto gallbladder. Google the symptoms and see if it matches. I had an attack 3 weeks PP and felt like I was having a heart attack. Could def be the surgery but like TJ said could be something like gallbladder too.
    MF (low motility) - Began stims for IVF#1 7/21/12
    ER 8/2/12 - 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and ICSI'd, 6 fertilized. ET 8/7 - 2 embies. Beta#1 8/17: 143! Beta#2 8/20: 590! Beta#3 8/22: 1,162! 1st US 9/4: one beautiful little bean with the best sounding HB I've ever heard!

    I am so pissed for you!!! You had puss oozing out of your incision, and she thought that was okay?!? Then she tries to blame it on anxiety? What a biotch! It's not like this is your first time to this rodeo and you don't know what the pain usually feels like. You have experience and kno how your body usually heals. What total BS. Definitely keep your appointment with your RE and keep a close eye on yourself hon. If something feels off then go to the ER. Don't take any chances, ok? (((((Hugs)))))

    OMG that's crap!  Bella I"m so sorry that happened. It's awful not to be validated when you are sick and in pain, never mind being told you should be on anti-anxiety meds!  Even if it is a reaction to the surgery, she didn't offer anything for treatment for your incision?! yikes! I think the ulcer diagnosis is a copout for a lazy practitioner.  As pp said, please keep an eye on yourself and use the ER if needed.  See if you can get an earlier post op with your RE since they know you.  Hang in there.  I hope you are feeling better today.

    I hate that you're going through this and getting brushed off by doctors. Oozing incisions are not normal, nor is the type of pain you describe. I hope you get some good attention soon. :)

    All of this. Will you call your RE tomorrow to see if they can get you in sooner than Thurs?
