Well update to everything that's been going on with us with the sch and threatened miscarriage. Today there was no sac so it def passed already. Apparently this doctor said he thinks it wasn't even a sac they saw the last u/s bc I have a ton of fluid pockets of blood in my uterus from the sch bleeding that it was probably that. The sch has shrunk though. My levels dropped again to 2,154. Hopefully it will go down quicker this time than last time when it took 3 months bc I had a polyp. I go back Saturday to check levels again. I already called to set up a WTF apt with my doctor to ask questions and find out what's next. She mentioned we are going to do the recurring miscarriage work up then if nothing is found for that I am going to have to do another fresh IVF cycle to get more embryos to do genetic testing. I only have 3 embryos left. My doctor seems to think its definitely a chromosomal abnormality that's the problem with having two early miscarriages. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that I may have to start all over again to do another cycle. I'm a mess over it bc I know I will keep doing whatever I have to do to get pregnant. Also to add more stress, we only had a lifetime coverage of 10k for IVF so we will be completely out of pocket this round including the 5k for genetic testing so that's great. Ugh. I would trade all the money in the world to be able to have a family. Words of encouragement needed to get me out of this depression! I'm going to attack my messy garage right! Cleaning and organizing when I'm mad and depressed is therapeutic for me and I just can't stop crying.

1st u/s - It's TWINS!!!!
2nd u/s- both babies measuring on track! Heartbeats of 118 and 122!!
FWIW, I also had 2 early miscarriages and had 4 embryos left. My RE said that it could be a chromosomal issue, but there was no way to really tell without doing PGD, and she also didn't want to do PGD on the frozen ones, so it would have meant another fresh cycle. We did all the recurrent loss testing and everything came back normal.
Even though they are really hard to bear -- especially after a long IF journey! -- obstetricians don't consider 2 losses an indication of a problem. Most OBs will not run recurrent loss testing until your 3rd loss (REs often run after 2, as mine did). So it's quite possible your remaining embryos are fine. We chose to take our chances on our frozen embryos because we really didn't want to do another fresh cycle unless we had to. I am now almost 12w with one of those embryos. Of course things could still go south with this pregnancy -- I live with that fear every day -- but I am trying to stay hopeful and so far everything has looked great.
Clean the hell out of that garage, but give yourself time before you have to make any decisions about your next steps.

First let me say how very sorry I am. Please take this time to take care of yourself and spending quality time with your dh. Like you said you will do anything to have your family and that is exactly what you will get. I think testing your embies is a great next step and yes, money is a major major stress factor but in the end that will mean nothing to you when you're holding your LO. You will make it work. This is not fair that you have to deal with this but you are such a strong woman and have come this far. I hope it won't be much longer until your holding your precious LO in your arms.

I'm so sorry. I know it's hard to keep going when you keep hitting setbacks. I hope it has just been bad luck and next time things will turn around. The RPL panel can't hurt, though.
I'm so sorry for another loss. That's just heartbreaking. Try to keep up good spirits. PGD is a great thing and hopefully it will be the answer for you. Chin up and and look forward to the next cycle. (hugs)
I am so sorry! I am sending you big hugs. Cleaning will help. It helps me. I wish you all the best in the future and I hope 2014 brings you all you wished for.
I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. I suffered loss and being out of pocket for all these treatments is an added slap in the face. I just found out that my insurance is covering fertility treatments in 2014 due to affordable care act, so give them a call, things may have changed. I hope you can move forward when the time is right. I'm so sorry.

So so so so sorry to hear this. I know this must be devastating. Talk to your RE group about CCS or PGD. Also look into it. My first cycle didn't work and i did genetic testinf, but my second cycle worked and we did PGD/CCS/Assisted Hatching. I truly from the bottom of my heart believe thats how we got pregnant. We too had to go OOP for the second cycle which ended up being 13k. After paying half of the genetic testing bill, we were able to get the rest written off. I know this is a rough time for you, but stay strong, and try your best to think positive. Do lots of research and ask a ton of questions. I am praying for you.
