I slept good!

I am done taking all my meds! I was still dilated to only 1cm yesterday. So we will see what happens.

At my wedding I made my own centerpieces. I had a floral one where I stuck flowers into wet foam and had coffee bean on the outside of the foam between the glass and the foam. Anyways I made a practice one and it turned out great and ordered all the flowers. The day before the wedding i went to go pick up the flowers and the carnations that I got that were suppose to be a deep Purple were maroon. Obviously I didn't have time to get purple and was stuck with them. I still used them and didn't let them ruin everything but I was a little up set.

Congrats on being done with your meds @Roses!  

I slept well.  Not much to update.  I have been moving around more after I took a couple days resting post-stitch removal.  I am amazed at how such simple things take so much out of me.  Any post-bed rest lurkers out there: How quickly did your strength come back?  @kneenah1231?

We had a destination wedding then a huge reception back home.  You would think I was cursed from everything that happened when we were away.  Here's a quick list:

-My dad has bad knees and waves took him out, tossed him around and lost his glasses.  Days before departing they discovered a blood clot in his leg and had to give him shots in his stomach, it was dangerous and he was not supposed to travel but did anyway. 

-My brother sprained his ankle tossing a football in the ocean.

-My mother fractured her toe after kicking a piece of exercise equipment back at the house we rented. 

-My yorkie (she was like my child) fell off a 2 story balcony on to cement and was lifeless but breathing.  My husband and brother in law drove her to an emergency vet place two hours away.  They got back about 4:30 am the night before our wedding.  

-Coming back from the beach ceremony my grandmother tripped going up the stairs and had to go to the emergency room. She needed stitches in her arm and leg.  

THAT, my friends, was my wedding.    My husbands family didn't have anything go wrong the whole time we were there.  It was odd how everything played out.  BTW, my dog recovered and only had a bruised back.  The fall just took the life out of her for about an hour and she slowly came back.  My dad is fine as well.
