Baby Books for Singles?

Does anyone know of any good baby memory books that don't mention Daddy every 5 sentences?  More JUST about the baby?  I managed to find a great pregnancy journal that only talked about the actual pregnancy and baby milestones, nothing about "Mommy and Daddy" or "Where We Went On Our Babymoon" BS.  Can't seem to find any for the actual baby books, though.

Might be best to just get a blank scrap book at the craft store and create something yourself. I'd been thinking about baby books, but never thought about that! I have a hard enough time reading about "your partner, this and that" in any pregnancy books I'm reading. Thanks for rubbing it in, world!   But yeah, I think I might end up creating my own book as well.

Oh yeah, I was reading Secrets of the Baby Whisperer and basically skipped the entire last section of the book because it was all about how babies change your relationship, how to have sex again, how to communicate, blah blah blah.  Thanks, I don't have to worry about ANY of that!!

Im actually reading my ds my old books(winnie the poo, berstein bears) my mom saved for me, and also the brothers grimm fairey tales.

I had to explain being a single mom to my 3 yo dear nephew a week ago cause he saw something on the disney chanel about how families come in all shapes and sizes.

I'm looking for more of a memento book  - something to note baby's birth, first footprints, first haircut, first tooth, etc. These all seem to have sections that include "and this is what Daddy thought about that!"

Yeah then i second making your own, i think you might be able to make something like it on shutterfly.
