When I changed Mila last night before her MOTN feed, she had wet through (a little bit) her jammies on one leg. I knew if I totally stripped her and changed her it would wake her up all the way, so I let it ride and zipped her back into her sleepsack in semi-wet jammies.

On the topic of all things wet.......on Christmas Day I went to change LO's diaper, we were at DHs cousins house......well wouldn't you know it - my little devil peed when I took her diaper off and unfortunately got her onesie. She had an adorable dress on and I did not have an extra onesie. So what did I do? Left it unbuttoned and tucked the wet part into her diaper. So bad! I never would've done that if we weren't on the road - but desperate times call for desperate measures. It dried and she was fine with it. Hahahah.

And another one- I am working from home today - I logged in and found a ridiculously snarky email sent after hours on Christmas Eve. I was so pissed about it that I logged off and spent some time applying for new jobs. I'm back online now but I plan to get a whole lot of housecleaning, laundry and maybe even a nap today as I use the term working losely.

I have definitely kept some poop stained onesies in the rotation for DD. They are just layered under other stuff, so whatever. I'm not going to toss them yet over a little yellow tint in spots.

I just hope I do remember to toss them when I pack away this size clothing. But knowing myself, I'll miss some. Oops in advance.

Also a member of the markedly unproductive club today at work. I really wish I could have taken some vacation time. Dang maternity leave sucked it all up.

My grandma, aunt, and little cousins are visiting for Christmas and They are overstaying their welcome. I don't want to hurt my grandma's feelings but she's getting on my damn nerves. I've been lying & saying I have to go to work when Brayden & I really just go cruising around

@kate_c and @shadysladywed98470. I am right there with y'all. When I SHOULD have been into boy bands I thought they were lame-o and I was too cool for that. I don't care how, i love it and have no shame blaring it in front of whomever. I would be embarrassed of myself 10 yrs ao. And Justin timberlake... Swoonnnn... Went to his concert and screamed like a little girl. And I may or may not have told Paige 'that's your daddy' when his songs come on and we are in the car alone. Hahahahaha..l terrible I know.

@shadysladywed98470 @jss1482 I'm right there with you regarding JT. I went to his concert with Jay Z in July with my 17 year old SIL and felt so out of place even though quit possibly half that crowd was either non existent or in Pampers when he/N*SYNC first came out.

I just started putting DD in her crib to nap last week. She did great though, bc she's been sleeping in her crib since day 1. But I selfishly held her for naps for over 8 months, bc I could never get enough baby snuggles!

I am so bad at grocery shopping when I'm hungry here is what I just unpacked ladies...cupcakes,2 bags of kettle cooked chips,family size bag of Doritos,ice cream bars,and some cream chesse with bagel chips. Mmmmh where are my carrots,yogurt,and fruit! I was too damn busy being a fat ass and forgot to buy them :-w

@sol1790 you have an excuse! My husband just reminded me of my pregnancy diet that included: waffles & lemonade for breakfast, movie nachos, hot fudge sundaes, red vines stuffed with nerds, and bubble gums balls lol.

OMG lol this is new to me all I craved with Jaz was fruit! Mango,kiwi,grapes,apples now all I crave is very unhealthy! And I have hated the holidays agh I'm so tired of hearing I have gained weight. I just want to yell I AM PREGNANT!!! lol but not yet.

Me too for the JT fan club!  He performed at our last nat'l sales meeting and it was incredible (Bruno Mars performed too, and that was also incredible).

I'm off work today. Yesterday I send LO to school so I could run errands and get the house put back together, do laundry, etc... today I kept him home because I think he's coming down with my stomach flu.  :-(  Poor little bug crashed in my arms only an hour after waking up this morning.

ANyway, I had my mom come stay with him for an hour so I could run to the store, and she got him down for a nap.  My plans for today consisted of a pedicure and binge-watching Scandal on Netflix... I won't be getting the pedi, but I'm hoping he sleeps for a LONG time because my Olivia Pope fix is not going to be satisfied with just 1 episode!

I looove Scandal! I'm rewatching Downton Abbey but I wish I could watch new Scandal episodes!

I just made a HUGE pile of clothes for donation. My confession is that I am finally getting rid of my clubbing clothes from 15 years ago. The collection people are going to think a stripper got a day job>:)

Awesome! I still have a few though I know I'll never wear them again.

Oh and I justified keeping my sparkly tiger print tight spandex pants by keeping them with the Halloween costumes... lol.

I told DH not to get me a Christmas present, so he didn't. Not even a card. So, when I go to Target later, I feel pretty justified in picking up something for myself. Lame confession, but that's what I've got today!

On Jan 1st I am getting serious about my fitness and eating. My confession:  I fully intend to eat like shit these last 4 days. I am probably going to put on a few extra lbs to work off

I got back from post Christmas shopping with my mom, sisters, 4 yr old niece and Maddie. Just dropped her at the house with DH and now am getting a pedicure.

LO spit up all over my pillow, I didn't feel like getting up to change the pillowcase....so I gave SO my pillow and took his. It was dried up before he came to bed.....this is the second time I've done this.

This is totally me.  DH and I "agreed" not to give each other gifts, but then I found something I really wanted to buy him, so he got a gift from "santa," and I went and bought myself new All Clad cookware. ;-)

My confession is I really only have enough energy to be on the computer for a few minutes at a time and I do not want to go and find my wire to my wire to my camera to upload pictures. 

My other confession is that I almost field goal kicked SIL's wiener dog because it keeps biting/nipping Connor's lips and nose when he is crawling (SIL says that is how she kisses, I don't care I hate nipping dogs) and her 1 1/2 year old son knows how to let her out of the cage.

My parents came up last Saturday for Christmas. Their sleeping and eating preferences/schedules are totally out of sync with ours and my dad has the TV on all day at home (while we don't even have a TV). I love them, truly I do, but when they left tonight after dinner to go back to their hotel (and they will drive home directly from there in the morning), I danced a little jig when I came back inside from waving goodbye and said to my husband, "We're FREE!"

My husband is going on OUR week cruise starting Sunday (which my medical doctor advised me not to go because I might need emergency surgery, long story) so I'm going to be with DS allllll week by myself.
Thankfully I got a great chunk of Christmas money and I plan on taking each day he's gone to go to my favorite store(s) and buy something little for myself. I need it more than anything. I'm surprised I'm still alive after everything that's been going on!

Yes he's going without me and he's going with.....his dad. He said if I had surgery scheduled he wouldn't go. Well my surgeon is out of the office until January 9th so I cannot schedule until then. Knowing my luck, it will end up emergency and he will be out of the country when it happens. I've been crying all day (secretly) because I don't want him to leave and he knows this but he cannot fathom losing his money. So it's just the kiddo and I. I already feel like death so I am so nervous for him to leave! Not to mention, a ball of nerves and crying mess.

I'm sorry. Do you have any family that could stay with you while he's gone? Or your mil while FIL is on the cruise? I understand not wasting money, but couldn't he sell it at a discount or give it away or something? I'm kinda mad at your H about it right now.

Thanks @Kate_C my mom was going to fly down to help but she's in the process of helping my dad open up his new practice. I could fly up there but honestly, I'm too exhausted and don't have the energy to travel. My sister lives here and she's a saint--she works 40 hours a week but will help as much as possible. My MIL is all lovey dovey with A but gives him back to me in 5 minutes. However, our nanny is amazing and my H told me to utilize her as much as I need to. I had 6 major surgeries from 2009-2010 and I wasn't with my H then so he doesn't understand how big of a deal this is. My H works 60-70 hours a week a "needs a vacation" where I'm basically a single mom and he helps when he can. Thanks for asking, it means a lot to me

ETA: there are no excuses for him and I'm not making them. I would just feel better if I had my H here with me.

I told DH that all I wanted was pajamas. I didn't trust him to get them (on,y because he leaves things to the last minute and then they don't get done or don't get done right). So I ordered myself a pair and told him in advance Santa had sent them. He was offended. I don't really see anything wrong with it. Hahah.

@smiles21866 hugs, I'm so sorry it's been rough for you especially with baby A starting to come into his own. I'm mad at your hubs too a little but I do understand about the money.
