I'm looking for something we used to call gum paper.. its pre pasted on one side a bit like an envelope that you lick to stick ..yeah I know you don't lick and stick envelopes and stamps here either  lol.

It usually comes in sheets and you just cut it up and wet it down and stick it.. we used to make Christmas decorations with it by stringing lots of loops in a chain.. but I have no idea what they call that stuff here and gum paper obviously isn't it haha
