Reached Point of Viability!

I just wanted to share as I know you ladies will understand.  Baby and I hit the 24 week mark today.  Now I know that 24 weeks is very early, but this is another milestone reached.  With my fibroid tumors my OB said to expect an early delivery.  We are hoping to go as close to term as possible.  After having one loss, each test passed and each appointment where I hear LO or see him/her on ultrasound is such a blessing.  I am so happy to have reached this point and I can't wait to hit the next milestone When I break it down to milestone points it keeps everything from being so overwhelming.

I get it! Christmas Day was my "viability Dday". I'm 36, had a 31w0d delivery with my daughter due to Pre E and with this pregnancy was diagnosed with Single Umbilical Artery (SUA). So far, everything is textbook and I'm hoping it remains this way! Enjoy the day, I know I did!!!

24wks is a huge milestone.. The hubby surprised me with a cupcake with a candle on my 24th wk and we sang happy 24th wk to our LO who is now 6wks old :0) 

After a loss the next pregnancy your a nervous reck but please try and think positive and celebrate every milestone. I celebrated every wk because every wk to me was a milestone..
