For tall mummys to be...

Does anyone elses baby sit quite low? And can you feel movements low down? I went for my a/s scan the other day and his head was positioned really low and its his hands i can feel hitting me not his feet as they are by his face. The sonographer said that with me being tall...i will carry baby low but surely he wont stay low all the time throughout pregnancy will he?

I am 5'10 and right now baby is low. He did move up Christmas Eve for a while but went back down again. With DS one it was close to the middle/end of 2nd tri when he moved up. By the end he was all up and down because of his growth!

I'm 5'10 too. I haven't felt the baby move yet, but based on the ultrasound and doppler every time, the baby is really low.

I'm 5'9'' and both my boys sat low. I feel him more on my bladder than anything! He was by my belly button for a couple of days but has since migrated south again.

I am 5'10" and baby feels really low as well. Its the only thing uncomfortable about this pregnancy so far.

I'm 5'10" as well, & he is definitely still really low. I'm almost 20 weeks, & I still feel almost all of the movement way down by my bikini line.

I am 5'8 1/2 but have a very long torso and DS1 sat low, never even kicked up into my ribs like other folks tell me their babies did... This one also very low, mostly sitting or headbutting my bladder.

I'm 5'9" and yeah he's always low. I tend to feel kicks right near my bladder.

Imjust paranoid now cuz im hardly feeling him move now...only on the odd occasion grrr

Since I'm a first time mom I figured she was right where she was supposed to be... But now I guess she is low. I'm 5'10" & all of the kicks & movements are down by the top of my pubic bone. Who knew lol

DS sat very low the whole time, and this baby is even lower, still hiding deep in my pelvis quite a bit of the time. I attribute this to my flabby belly and pathetically weak ab muscles, not my height.

I am 5'9" and I feel the baby very low.  Where should the technically be at 20 weeks?
