Hi, my c section is planned for 21st jan. My first one was an emergency this one iv planned.
The one thing I want to know is can I get a decent body back? X

Second took a little longer but I'm also one of those "lucky" few who hold onto weight while BF instead of losing. I nursed longer with my second so I think that had more to do with my "bounce back" taking longer. For me, I usually start dropping weight 2-3 mos after I wean. It falls off without much effort.
