So.. back to the drawing board for girl names ( although secretly I still LOVE Kate Elise) Last night DH and I agreed on Eve... but middle names are again difficult...
I prefer (i think) a shorter 2 syllable middle name( i.e. Eve Marie) and something that would flow well with my other two...
I do not like Eva or a longer version ( i.e. Evangeline) We would prob. call her Evie when little, but I feel that Eve is a strong powerful name she can grow into as she ages...
Current childrens names are:
Lily Grace
James Michael
Any input is appreciated

Re: short 2 syllable names for a MN for Eve?
I'm a big fan of using the MN spot to honor a family member, any good contenders?
I love Eve, and it's on my short list.
My two pairings are Eve Margaret and Eve Julia (Margaret and Julia being family names).
Unfornately, they don't necessarily fit your criteria.
Maybe Eve Louise?
Eve Katrin? https://www.behindthename.com/name/katrin
Eve Camille?
Eve Rachelle?
Eve Corinne?

I like both Eve Juliet and Eve Helen.
What about Eve Helene?
Too funny, I'm just about to post thoughts on a middle name for Eve!
What a gorgeous name. We're 85% sure we're going with Eve if it's a girl. And you're right, it's hard to find a middle name.
Here's some we've considered.
Eve Abigail
Eve Katherine
Eve Rebekah
DH also wanted Genevieve & to call her Eve but I didn't want to do that since some friends are naming their daughter Geneveieve. But I do like it. Just wanted to suggest to you.
I actually like Eve Helen. And I believe honoring family is so much nicer than having the perfect flow. Because unless you're calling her by the double name, she'll go by her FN 99% of the time and 98% of the people she encounters in her life will never know her MN.
