Wtf-uterus pain-seriously, wtf was that?

So, I'm minding my own business when all of the sudden I start to feel a lot of pressure in my lower back region. Then I am hit with intense cramping. I swear to god it felt like a contraction. That just lasted a good 15-20 minutes. Of writhing in freaking pain. It still really hurts, but enough where I can type and don't feel like I might vomit. Wtf??? A few years back the same thing happened, and I ended up going yo the er because I was scared, and their big dx was a ruptured cyst, for which they did nothing anyway. Owwwwww!!

I had this happen once several years ago. It was so random. I was bent over crying in pain. And then it was gone. It lasted about 30/45 minutes.

It felt exactly like a contraction. Pressure started in lower back, then felt like my uterus was squeezing like a fist

Btw, I am exactly fine now. After it subsided it went away completely, I worked out and took a shower. Wtf.

Could you be ovulating? Sometimes I get an excruciating pain around that time. It will last for about 20-30 mins where all I can do is try to get through it. After it's done I'll be fine.

This is what I was thinking too. I know my uterus/ovaries have been aching on and off since yesterday, and although I just got over my period like a week and a half ago and this is my first cycle off BC, ovulation is my only thought, considering its accompanied by some oh so lovely EWCM (sorry TMI).

I don't think so. I am on BC, so I shouldn't be ovulating. And I remember feeling ovulation pain when I was off BC, this was a million times worse. Like could barely breathe, holy shit I'm home alone with the baby what am I going to do pain.

Huh. Weird. Since its back pain, the only other thought that comes to mind is kidney stones. My gf passes them all the time and says its back pain thats worse than childbirth.
