For a boy. DH suggested this today. I don't hate it and am happy he finally suggested something! Thoughts?

I like tyler. I assosiate it with my first crush so i have fond feelings about the name.

I also knew a girl from cosmotology school named tyler. I hate it on a girl but love it for a boy

I have bad associations with it but it is a decent name. I subbed for a special education class one year. The class had 9 students and 3 were named Tyler. They all had ADHD and were rather annoying kids.

It's not a bad name but not my style. Typically the last names as first names bother me, but this one doesn't.

I really like it and I love the NN Ty. It would be a finalist for us but our LN ends in -er. I like Tyson a lot but can't past the chicken and the boxer.
