Hi everyone!

I thought I'd pop in and say hello: My name is Elizabeth and I'm 23 weeks, leaning toward a natural birth. I'm a FTM and waffle between feeling very empowered and incredibly scared. I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you!

    Welcome! I understand how you feel. When I was pregnant I was scared about birth. As a FTM you do not know what to expect or how things will go which can be unnerving. Stay strong and remember you can do this! GL!
