Anyone have a super good cheesy potato recipe? I have seen like 10million online but I've never made it before and would like a for sure winner.

I make one similiar to this, only I don't put in as much sour cream (maybe a spoonful or two) and 2 cans of creamed soup (either another mushroom or chicken). https://allrecipes.com/recipe/potato-casserole/

cheesy potatoes made with like frozen diced or hashbrown potatoes. 

People. Tell me you've had cheesy potatoes before?!!?!!11!!

It is pretty rich and from what I know from what goes in it, that recipe isnt' too off but I'm gonna use frozen bag potatoes for sure

Mine is 

1 bag of frozen hasbrowns

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup of sour cream

2 cups of shredded cheese

dehydrated onion

salt/pepper to taste. 

Mix that up and put it in a casserole dish and add extra shredded cheese on top. Bake until done (about 45 mins).

Shit I forgot.... butter!! I use a stick and cut it into slabs and mix it in.

I definitely think I am going to make this for Christmas Day. I unexpectedly have a bag of potatoes; so I will just peel and dice them.
