Help--Rash...any ideas?

DD has a rash on her belly, chest, legs and arms. Its just slightly raised red bumps and not itchy. She has no fever. I called the DR and they have no open appts today, so I am going to take her to immediate care but thought I'd see if you ladies had any thoughts or had seen this? TIA

Well my husband is home with her today and he said the rash is more or less gone. They had been coloring with crayola markers, and her hands had marker all over them when he sent me the pics. I asked him to please thoroughly wash her hands and get that marker off, thinking maybe it was an allergic reaction. I haven't changed detergent or anything and wash all of her clothes/blankets etc in Tide free & clear with downy free and clear liquid softener. I find it odd that it appeared and disappeared that fast.
