Do the names Jack and Max sound weird together? What are some boy names that sound good with Jack? Other boy names I like are Samuel, Benjamin, and George. Thanks!

I like Jack and Benjamin (Ben). I love one syllable names, but can't use them because of my one syllable last name.

Not sure about Jack and Max though... Sounds too close to me.

I love the name Max but it isn't my favorite with Jack. Ben is my favorite with Jack.

I think it sounds too close, yes. Having similar endings AND one syllable is too much. I love all three of your other choices, but Samuel is my favorite. Jack and Samuel or Jack and Sam are great.

Jack and Max are too close, IMO. I looove Jack and Benjamin or Jack and Samuel!

I think Max and Jack have a similar style/sound to them - and they are both on my list. We definitely share taste in names! Samuel is one of my son's names and I also really like George.
