Reiki

I went and got certified as a Level 1 Reiki provider this week at my hospital.  It was very relaxing.  I plan to just volunteer in the cancer wing at the hospital and provide Reiki when asked.  I think I was most excited how to do Reiki on yourself.  It is very relaxing and I think I need it in this IF journey.

That's great your going to volunteer to help out others.  Doing Reiki on yourself sounds interesting  My MIL is trained in Reiki, I haven't let her try it on me but she does help out other family members.  I'm going to ask her about it.

That's awesome.  My dad had some reiki done when he was battling cancer, it was definitely a benefit to him, and I could totally see how it would lend itself well to dealing with IF.

a girl i work with does REIKI on the animals that arent doing so well, when 2 of my skunks were near death this year, i swear, her reiki helped so much. and one ended up passing but i honestly think that the reiki played a huge role in the surviving littermates.
