Black dots on nipples

About a month go i got these black dots on my nipples and they are itchy from being dried out. I looked it up and found that it is normal in pregnancy because of the hormones. They also suggested putting Lanolin on to help with the dryness. I didn't get this in my last pregnancy. Anyone else in the same boat?

I had some about a month ago. I just sort of rubbed the dry skin off and it never happened again.
