I just gave a stern talkin' to my new 21 year old neighbor. We share a balcony and him and all his buddies are drinkin and kickin it like its no big deal. I'm not so old that I don't remember what that's like but damn.. I don't remember bein this annoying. We're in an apt complex and its been so quiet until he moved in. Now every night he's partying, even though there is a supposed 10 pm curfew

call the landlord or keep an eye out for the kids's parents. Or let your kids out every morning h be super loud post their partying at the crack of dawn. I'd have zero tolerance for that.
