Baby girl name...

Our little girl was born yesterday afternoon. We are struggling to agree on a name. What do you all think of Emsley Yule? My DH loves it. I am on the fence. Her original due date was Christmas Eve...hence Yule for a middle name.

Thoughts?

I think Emsley SOUNDS cute. I just don't care for the way it looks if that makes sense. I don't like Yule. Even if she was born on Christmas Eve. It sounds masculine

Sounds awful. Based on your style, how about Everly Noel? Sounds better than the original IMO.

I agree that is not a great name. Emsley is a surname and Yule is just... I like some of the suggestions listed in PP. keep looking and don't stress. It's okay that she hasn't been named yet.

If you are really into Emsley, I think Emslea is a better spelling. Also, Its still NMS but Ainslea/Ainsley looks and sounds better to me, maybe BC I see it more?

Do not use Yule as a name ever. There are much better actual names that convey the same meaning.

Yule isn't my style at all, I really wouldn't like to have it as any part of my name. I like pps other suggestions though! Good luck and grats on your new baby!
