Leg Issues

I have been having restless legs at night for over a month now which keep me up for hours. Those are bad enough but now I have also started getting severe, painful leg cramps several times a night. I have tried having a warm bath before bed, stretching before I go to sleep and staying hydrated.
Any other ideas to help stop or reduce these painful cramps? Between leg issues and waking up 3-4 times a night to go to bathroom I am becoming very sleep deprived. The joys of pregnancy ;)
