Shower Invite question

I am throwing my brother and SIL a shower. She's not from around here so most guests are my brother's friends or family friends. First time I'm throwing a shower - Is it OK to include his name on the invite? i.e. "You're Invited to a Baby Shower for Susan and John"

I've been to co-ed showers but can't remember how the invites were worded.

Are you throwing a co-ed shower, or is it just for the ladies?  If it's co-ed, definitely include your brother's name on the invite.  If it's just for the ladies, I wouldn't put his name.

I guess if he's going to be in attendance and you would like to treat him as a guest of honor, you should include his name too. If the focus is to be on her, and he'll just be making a quick cameo, thuuerren just put her name.
