First one.  We were shocked.  The doc had told me it'd be at least three cycles before I ovulated since I'd been on the pill for so long.

We were lucky - it only took one cycle TTC.  We actually conceived on our 2nd wedding anniversary during our anniversary trip to Mexico.

I went off BCP in December, Started trying April 1 and got a bfp May 16. It took two cycles of actively trying.

#2 was a surprise, we were not trying.

The first, which shocked us. I took a test just for kicks since I really didn't expect us to get pregnant so fast. For some reason I was convinced we were going to have fertility issues.

Oct 05 I stopped taking BCP . . . . but never got AF . . . . May 07 GP gave me clomid I took Provera  in May and Provera and then Clomid June 07 no success so did it again July 07 BFP 8/25/07 followed by MC 9/10/07  . . .  ob/gyn let me take my last round of clomid 10/07 no ovulation she diagnosed me w/ PCOS  (I cried and cried and cried) decided March 08 that I needed to get my act together and get the tests done (I was a disaster before that so depressed I had to snap out of it) so I got a letter from my ob saying on day one call and sched the dye test that was 4/6/08 my day one was 4/4/08 (my birthday) and thought ok now is the time. . . . BFP 4/29/08 my third wedding ann and the expected due date of pregnancy #1.  So happy and thankful . . . . How many cycles no clue I can't count that high but it happened and I cannot wait to meet my little guy!!!  Ok now I'm crying!!  Sorry about the book . . .

It took way too many for us! Started trying in Apr 07. Finally went to see an RE in the Spring of 08. We got our BFP after 1 round of clomid and IUI! So happy to finally get our BFP July 08!

First cycle for us.  I was on the pill for 14 years.  We were very surprised at how fast it happened.

I got pregnant a month before we planned to start trying.  We planned to start trying in June (on our first anniversary).  In May we got a bit lazy with the birth control one night.  After all I figured I was 35 and it would probably take 6mo-1yr to get pregnant at my age, right?  Famous last words!  I got my BFP 8 days later.  Surprise!

First one.  I wasn't sure what would happen, but I was surprised we got pregnant on the first try.  I hope we're as lucky with later babies.

I stopped taking BCP and 6 weeks later got the BFP!  I was surprised at how quickly it happened.  I now know how important BC will be after this baby is born

4 cycles with ds (I think cause I was on the pill but in hindsight it wasn't very long)

1st cycle this time which I was shocked about thought it would be about the same amount of time even though I wasn't on any bc

wow!! i am really surprised to see so many getting pregnant on first try!!  It was 9 cycles for us, not so bad, but at the time is was frustrating.
