DH just came in from taking the dogs out- and he's shivering... he NEVER gets cold...

it's so freakin cold here - how those people can stand out there all night- and WHY they'd want to is beyond me.

I feel bad for the cops who have to be there!

I did the Times Square thing once, when I was young, stupid and drunk. Never again.

I'm sure they are pretty packed in, and that really does help. Some of them don't seem to be dressed all that warmly, though. I went to a football game when it was a high of -2 last year, but I wore the right kinds of layers. You can't just go in a coat and heels!
