Although I found a pomegranite vinaigrette dressing recipe that was lovely enough to make me whimper. Made it on a spinach salad with grape tomatoes, bacon bits, walnuts, and pomegranite aerils.

So, so, so good! I used Maytag blue cheese to try to replicate the dressing I love at a local steakhouse and this recipe is spot on
