Cortlandt's appointment went good-ish this morning.

The doctors were amazing and looked Cork over from head to toe taking in every bit of history I could give them. They are all in agreement that as of right now they are not diagnosing him with NF. He does meet the criteria for NF with the Cafè au late spots but doesn't have any other signs right now.

They did tell us that they believe he still has about a 75% chance of having other signs show up because of how many cafè au late spots he has an his other neurological issues. They ordered a brain and spinal cord MRI to look for signs in his brain and because he shows delayed reflexes in his lower body as well as decreased sensation.

They told us he is on the younger side of being diagnosed so they want to monitor him every couple of months until he is 5-6 and at that point if no other signs have surfaced they will release him.

For now DH and I are holding on to the 25% chance he won't have it until he reaches his 6th birthday! Thank you all for you T&P it truly means a lot!

Glad they did not diagnosed him and there is hope he does not have the NF at all. I will continue thinking of you.
