Changing Tickers & Sig Pictures?

Does anyone have a good tutorial for changing tickers and siggy pics?  I tried updating them but nothing happened...do you still have to hit save 1,000 times?

I don't know what internet browser you use but I use chrome and I can't do much in it, I always have to open up internet explorer to change my siggy.... I don't know if that helps you or not!

Oooh, I didn't think about the browser.  I might have to give that a try!
