Heart Arrythmia

Has anyone done a non medicated birth with a heart arrhythmia? 

I won't see the cardiologist until January, so until then I am asking here. About 2-3 years ago I found out I have a  slight heart arrhythmia. I was not given any medication for it or any surgeries or anything because I am so young (at the time I was 18-19) and the cardiologist I saw told me that that condition wouldn't affect me until I was much older like 40 years old. 

Should I just go for a medicated birth? or attempt to do a non medicated birth anyway? 

((Please keep in mind I won't see the cardiologist until january. I am not asking for medical opinions. Just opinions/experiences) TIA

Do you have any restrictions on your activity pre-pregnancy?  If not, I don't see how the type of birth you choose would matter...but I'm not a cardiologist   I do have a heart murmer - I'm actually going for an echo today just to make sure nothing funky is going on as pregnancy can exacerbate heart issues because of the increased blood flow (although not anticipating any problems as I've not had any with prior pregnancies).

No restrictions. All the cardiologist said to me was to always keep hydrated because if I didn't I'd faint. Sometimes I'd get out of breath really quickly, but as long as I had water I was okay.

I think it TOTALLY depends on the type of arrythmia. Some are benign, some can honestly be fatal. The birthing center I go to is sending me for the echocardiogram because I have a heart murmur. Apparently they will disqualify some people from the birth center (and have them go to an OB and deliver in L&D) depending on whether they have specific conditions. Others are totally fine.
