Update from LO & I

Ohhhh today is day 8, and its been a hectic week. DH has been trying to finish his days early to be back home around 3ish, this way if I go into emergency csection, he's around. I still keep snacks next to the bed, and I'll totally stuff my face to buy time! Today hhis start time was 3am, and he ended up getting two flats, which lead his start time to 1130am.So he had a crazy morning.

My mom has been here, and my step dad is being so patient and understanding and he's so cute he calls concerned and always asks if were okay. But he's been stressing too. He owns the business DH works for, and two trucks broke down, one isn't coming out of the shop until friday, that's the one DH drives, so they rented a truck, but it doesn't have a sleeper, so my poor H can't nap. Yikes!!!!!!

My mom brought a counter top tree. Which I'm grateful for, however, she wants to put lights and decorations - but I declined. I just am not with it. I'm sad I can't decorate my house, or go to the stores and shop so I'm just not in the spirit.

LO did good today on the monitor. MfM crew came in and pretty much said that baby is still chillin and they will deliver at 36 weeks (new years -yay, also dh and I's anniversary) unless she wants out before.So still day to day.

I'm fine with being here now. After yesterday I'm just happy we're both okay. It sucks but this is one of the many sacrafices ill make as a mommy.

I seriously haven't slept, my mom and brother just left, so I'm shutting down and hoping to get a few hours of sleep today, my eyes are burning and blood shot red!

How's everyone else? Were all getting so close!!! Yay

I hope you can catch a little sleep here soon! Sounds like you need it. But I am very happy to hear that LO is happy and staying put for now

Good girl LO. Keep cooking for your mommy. Poor hubby. He must be exhausted too. Lots of stress on you guys. And yes this is just one of many sacrafices made as a parent. Keep up the good work. Hope you were able to get some rest.

So glad to hear that LO is still cooking. Sounds like DH has had a rough time. Does he get to take any time off when baby arrives?

Yes thank god! He gets as much time as he wants. He is taking two weeks off
