I hope I am effortlessly cool, because the others don't sound very flattering.
The social media addict one cracked me up. There is one particular FB friend on my news feed who has to post pics multiple times a day of the fun activities she does with her kids. I feel like she spends 10 minutes doing something with them and 45 minutes posting about it. Just spend time with your damn kids, you don't need to advertise it to the world.
It depends on who you talk to. Oddly enough, my kidless friends think I'm a "cool" mom. I have brought wine to the park and even used a sippy cup as my vino glass. A few of my SAHM friends think I'm a work-a-holic and oblivious to what's happening with DD. (I'm a fourth grade teacher. I have eyes in the back of my head....really....AND they work!) I love my NPR time too. I just checked....even at 8 months pregnant, my pants ARE in the right place :-)
They don't have the trying hard but failing miserably 50% of the time type. That's me. And I thought listening to NPR just pegged you a liberal, not old. Sheesh.
Re: What is your parenting style?
:x
Haha, love it.
I was going to say I'm a mix of #2 and #18.
I'm kidding, of course. I would put wine in a Tervis Tumbler before a sippy cup.....

I'm the wino.. my other parent friends are always giving me the side-eye if I go for a second glass of wine. Lay off, people!
But I also love NPR. My jeans are in the correct placement, although they are bootcut, which is starting to feel old fashioned.

Okay I meant to say bottle!! I have a high tolerance!
