Help me meal plan

Well I'm hosting my FIL, SMIL, BIL, niece & nephew this Sunday for Xmas. I need to make a meal which will be served around noon. I have no idea what to make! I've never hosted a holiday before. I would prefer to make something easy - maybe something in the crock pot? Because I'm hosting brunch for some girlfriends Monday & then doing brunch Xmas Eve for MIL & SFIL. (Brunch is my forte!)

So J12 - any suggestions? Recipe recommendations? TIA!!

    See @emilypc this is why I need J12 help. It never crossed my mind to do that! I could do brunch I guess, but then I would be making and eating brunch 3 days in a row so I would still have to hunt down some new recipes so Dagny and I aren't eating the same meal every time. Share 'em if you've got 'em!
