Good morning you sweet patient team green mamas!

How far along are you and how are you feeling?

Tell us about your nursery! What colors? Theme? Things you've accomplished?

Are you going to give special instructions for calling out the sex? Last time I told them to let daddy say it and I can still hear his voice saying "it's a BOY!" I'll be having a RCS but I plan to have DH do the honors again for sure!

How far along are you and how are you feeling? 23w4d - Feeling good, no complaints. 

Tell us about your nursery! What colors? Theme? Things you've accomplished? I've accomplished nothing but a board on pinterest. I'm leaning towards aqua and grey and then adding in pink if it's a girl. Oh and I'm loving elephants. Unfortunately, we rent, so we can't paint, but I've been picking out accessories in those colors here and there. I'll likely get more work done on it during christmas break as I have to clean out a lot of our stuff from the room. 

Are you going to give special instructions for calling out the sex? Didn't even think about that.  What a great idea to have daddy do it. I'll have to mention that to my husband..

22 weeks, 5d- I feel pretty great! Relaxin has hit so my joints are all starting to bother me. And I was sore for days after my last bed session with DH- and it wasn't even rough.

Nursery?! Ha! That will consist of a bassinet in our room. Eventually baby will move in with my 2 year old son.

I want my husband to yell it out. I'm so excited for that moment!

Nursery? Uhm. I've bought a couple onesies? 

Part of why I'm team green is because I really want it to be my husband who tells me the sex of our baby, I'm really looking forward to that.

23 weeks, 4 days! Feeling good aside from this stupid cold!

Tell us about your nursery! What colors? Theme? Things you've accomplished?

We haven't done much but I think the main colours will be yellow and grey. It'll be a bit of a mishmash of furniture but I think it'll all come together perfectly!

24w3d and feeling pretty good. Still getting my butt on the elliptical, but I find my belly feels really funny when I'm on there.

Nursery remains from DD, navy carpet, white wainscoting, blue on top with white accents and natural wood furniture. Sand dollars, starfish and beach pictures. If it's a boy, we'll get blue sheets and put up some darker blue accessories to push it towards nautical rather than beachy.

hopefully DH will get to call it out this time. DD wasn't breathing and her shoulder had been stuck, so the OB called it, cut the cord and got DD some attention before we really knew what was going on. Hopefully this goes a little more as expected.

I'm 20 weeks! 

We're moving DD out of the nursery into a big girl room, so in our case the nursery is already done but we haven't even started on her room... *gulp* 

With DD we gave instructions for DH to get to tell me the sex, but some nurse blurted it out, haha. This time we're having a home birth, so he'll definitely be the one to tell me

22weeks. Feeling good! No major plans for the nursery. Our house will be nder major construction when LO arrives and we will probably be staying somewhere else temporarily.
Last time we made no plans and DH was the one to tell me. I plan to just go with the flow again this time.

Tell us about your nursery! What colors? Theme? Things you've accomplished? Nothing. At. All. The walls are gray. I'm on the hunt for a dresser. That's about it so far.

Are you going to give special instructions for calling out the sex? I haven't really thought about that, but that's a really cute idea

Love hearing how everyone is doing!
Sounds like our nurseries are coming together slowly - not to worry, we have a few more months!

But I think a tumbleweed just blew by....did we really lose that many to Team Pink and Blue during anatomy scans? Where are the rest of our Team Green ladies?

Team green for me!! I am dying to find out the sex but my husband is really adamant about staying team green.
I'm 24 weeks tomorrow.

We've got our crib, mattress and a sheet on the mattress haha. I don't plan on painting until after baby comes. I'm basically going to get the basics ready and then decorate according to gender once we find out!

I've been feeling pretty good. Lots of heartburn. Low appetite up until this past week. Still napping most days but not as tired as in the first trimester. TONS of movement over the last few weeks. Baby gets stronger everyday

I was set on green and brown which you can put little hints of blue or pink one the baby come I register for some really nice bedding set that is greenand brown each day I get more and more excited.

I'm feeling pretty good so far and me and hubby are super excited

21 weeks, feeling lots of kicks! Tonight in one spot in particular.....spread it out a bit, baby!

I'm feeling like it's a girl. I don't know why really, but ever since it started moving regularly I'm feeling girl. Of course, last month I was convinced it was a boy. Who the heck knows

I'm doing white and grey with aqua and tangerine. Lots of clean lines, no themes. Just a comfy modern room that adults and kids with enjoy alike. 

I didn't even think about giving instructions for who calls out the sex. Thanks for the idea ladies! I definitely want DH to do the honors!

24 weeks on Thursday. Feeling pretty well. Dealing with lower back pain is the only complaint. Baby is moving so much!!! Mostly was one side and low now it favors that still but I have felt it high up which makes me feels even more weird.

The room is painted an aqua color with one wall a lighter shade. Then everything else will be gray and white with geometric patterns. No theme really.

I hadn't thought about the sex thing either, I would love my husband to do it!

I'll be 25 weeks on Friday
Haven't done anything with the nursery yet because we will be moving in July so I'm not going to mess with it now.

Daddy called out the sex of our son. We said if it was a girl I would have diaper duty and if it was a boy he would, so he just said "oh man, but I don't know how to change a diaper" When he told our family, he asked my mom what she thought it was and when she said a girl he said it was the only time he would get to tell her she was wrong.
This time he will tell me again in the room but he is going to whisper it to our son because he wants to tell our family.

The nursery is DS's room. The walls are yellow, floor is hardwood, and it's already furnished. The "accent color" is blue. I cleared out one of the dresser drawers for Baby's clothes and have began the arduous task of telling DS that the crib is a baby bed and that it's not his anymore "No! My crib." He hasn't slept in the crib for a couple weeks now, so maybe he'll start to forget about it.

Are you going to give special instructions for calling out the sex? Last time I found out when they put DS on my lap right after he was born. I don't think I care too much about how I find out. It'll be either by looking or by DH saying something. Or my mom, because she can't contain her excitement sometimes .

I also wanted to add that last week, DS called the baby "Baby Seester", so maybe it's a girl? That was so cute and I have clue where he got the idea that the baby is his sister.

@erinlynn20, good idea to let DS tell the grandparents the sex! I'm going to see if that'll work for us too!

Colors are mint green and chocolate brown, the room reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream, lol. Winnie the Pooh will be the theme. The room has been painted for a while, just need to put new windows and carpet in there and all the baby stuff!

I haven't thought about this yet...maybe just wait until we are holding him/her to take a peek and finding out together? Not sure...
