pap in the 2ww?

forgive me, this will be my first 2ww ever, so i'm pretty unsure of what to expect...i'm on bcp right now in prep for our first injects cycle. i'm thinking CD1 will probably be on Monday, so I'd O sometime around 1/19. my annual is scheduled for 1/28. my nurse said this is fine, but it just doesn't seem like a good time to be poking around in there, plus i'll be on prog supps. i'm going to test out the trigger so i can at the very least try to test that morning, but it just still doesn't seem like a good idea...anyone have any advice? tia!

I've seen tons of conflicting advice about this on this board. To be honest, I've had Paps during my 2ww, and plenty of pregnant women have them. Considering it's just a brush against your cervix, I personally don't see a problem with it, but see if your dr. has any concerns.
