Christmas gift help needed

I bought my MIL one of those Brighton charm bracelets for XMas. I would like to get some sort of thoughtful personalized Grandma gift for my mom as well but am at a loss. Would like to spend $100 or less. I have googled a million different ways and keep coming up with the same type stuff. Shirts and photo albums or frames are out. She is not a tshirt wearing kind of lady and I already made her a photo album.... Help!!

Checkout snaptotes. I made MIL a great tote a few years ago with a couple of nice photos I had taken. They have other things too and they are nicer than many other companies.

How about a simple pendant of LO's birthstone? Or check etsy for lots of birthstone and initial jewelry.

I made FIL a stainless travel mug with photos of the kids on it at zazzle but it hasn't arrived yet and was pretty cheap.

I get my mom and MIL all sorts of things with photos of the kids on Snapfish- calendars, mugs, the Christmas ornaments are really nice, and you can even do a charm necklace or bracelet. I also like pp suggestion of a birth stone necklace.

I made my mom an iphone case off shutterfly and i made DH a travel coffee mug with all pics of DS so those are options. I also want to get something to represent all of her grandchildren but I am at a loss. I like the birthstone idea..

A tervis tumbler with pictures? Although, it's cutting it close with Christmas being 9 days away.

A calendar with pictures of your LO from the past year? I know places like Sam's Club and Walgreens still make them instead of trying to order through shutterfly, etc.

I bought my mom a keychain from Brighton that holds a picture. I gave one to her and my sister when they hosted my baby shower for DS1 4 years ago and they both still have them on their keychains.

Thanks for all the ideas! I already made her a hard cover photo album with pics from his professional one year photo session. I do this for the Grandparents every year... So, I am trying to think of something different than pics. I like the birth stone necklace idea. I might just give her the same bracelet I gave my MIL. I didn't do that initially because I didn't know if she would like it but when I showed it to her, she loved it... Thought I'd save it for her bday, but we'll see...
