How long until yours came back?

My LO one is 5 weeks delivered via C-section at 37weeks & as of yesterday I what I assume to be my period started when I had no more bleeding just curious when you gals got yours or if I should be heading to the docs right now lol

I was just about to type this exact question. I'm 6 weeks and a few days pp. I'm also EBF.......

You may still be bleeding from your c-section. I bled a bit then it stopped and got lighter then came back a bit more. LO is only 5 weeks- I bled for 5-6 weeks after my c-section.

I didn't have my period until DD was 6 or 7 months.

My bleeding stopped after a few weeks and would reappear if I overdid it. I did not get my actual period until 6-7 mos post partum. I did mostly BF but also supplemented as well.

I EBF and my first AF was 9 months PP.

I had pp bleeding right up until the 6 week mark. I got my period back at 4 months pp. Right around the time I had to stop breastfeeding I got my period.

I EBF and didn't get my first period until ~7 months pp. I think I had pp bleeding for the first 3 weeks or so (it's all fuzzy, but it was gone by the 6 week check up).

I bled for about 6 weeks after my c section. I'm BF'ing my 13 month old and still haven't had a period. It's not impossible for it to be your period, but maybe put in a call to your dr just to be safe. Unless you're bleeding lots of bright red blood, I wouldn't be too worried.

I'm almost 10 weeks pp. Bleeding stopped at 3 weeks pp. I nursed until 5 weeks and still have not gotten a period.

5.5 weeks after my CS was when I got my period. I was BFing but turned out to be unsuccessful due to low / no supply as a result of insufficient glandular tissue. It was a bit erratic at first but became regular again around 4 months PP.

With my first CS, I bled for 10 weeks, But I got the depo shot at my 6 week PP so that could of factored in. With my second CS I bled for only 2-3 weeks. I got my first PP period at exactly 5 months. DS is exclusively BF.
