Ha! I've been thinking about you all day! I just came on to send you a message.  I hope the weekend is treating you well. I'm trying to keep myself busy and distracted. It was fairly easy today as E has come down with something.  How are you fairing?

I'm so sorry E is sick. That's no fun! The boys are keeping me busy too. J is getting his fourth molar finally and it's making him a cranky mess. Emotionally I'm in a pretty sucky place, limbo really sucks. The ultrasound on Wednesday was perfect and showed a 5w4d gestational sac and a yolk. But my HCG only rose from 428 to 1136 in a week. I just can't believe the baby is growing appropriately with such horrific betas. Has your spotting stopped? Did you at least get your first beta?

Your u/s is promising! When's your next u/s? I have everything crossed for a healthy baby and heartbeat!

I don't have any beta results. Doc is gone until Thursday, so I may not get them until then (at my first appointment). Not sure if I want an u/s until 6-7 weeks, since I'll NEED to see a heartbeat then anyway.  No more spotting so far!

I've come to learn that molars are nasty nasty little things.

My next ultrasound is in three hours. I feel sick. I'm so sorry for the delay in getting your betas but I'm so happy to hear no more spotting! I understand wanting to wait until you can see a heartbeat, I really am regretting how closely monitored this pregnancy has been. Since it was a surprise I don't feel like I have been able to enjoy any of it because I have been too scared. It's not fair to this baby, for however long I get to carry them. I hope you can make the best ultrasound decision for you and you get great news!

So I was picked to be on a jury, and had to cancel my appointment. Boo. Then I got my betas from last week: 31 and 48 (48 hours).  Double boo. Repeat betas, but won't be until jury duty is over. Triple boo. 

Goodbye hope.

Shit, I'm so sorry! I hope repeat betas show a better doubling time and baby was just off to a slow start. But I know what you mean about hope. My estrogen and progesterone both tanked so I'm on supplements twice a day. Combined with the low/abnormal hcg and small sac it's hard to hold onto hope. I'm sending you tons of hugs. This just sucks.

I took an FRER last night and the line was super faint. I'm out. And I hate this.  Why is my body such a hostile environment for my own children?  I've lost seven babies, and I'm not sure I can keep going, as much a I want another one.
