Prometrium makes me drunk text

Random-So I'm taking prometrium (200mg 2x a day) instead of provera this round. The doc said to take it at night because it would make me sleepy. Little did I know I would become a drunken idiot.

I took it at 9:00 last night, and by 10:20, I had accidentally told DH what my parents were getting him for Christmas, sent my parents a grammatically-filled text message, fell asleep on the couch, stood up and fell down, and somewhere in the mix had another conversation with DH that I don't remember. Awesome. He will now be taking my phone away from me after the meds go in my mouth.

Anyone else have this experience with taking prometrium?

My Ovulation Chart
Me-30 PCOs  DH-32
April 2013-Came off BCP
Cycles1-3: 70+ days ending w/ Provera
Nov 2013: Dx w/ PCOs and started Pregnitude
Cycles 4-5: Cycling with Prometrium- Still no ovulation
Cycle 6: Finally O'd by myself on CD 29 (7 day LP)
Cycles 7-10: Late ovulation and short LPs
Sept 2014-Finally making an RE appointment! 9/24
10/1-began metformin; 10/16 HSG= All clear! SA= super sperm
Cycle 12: Nov 2014-2.5 mg femara + TI = BFN
Cycle 13 Dec 2014 2.5 mg femara + TI =?

    Are you taking 400mg at once?

    If that's progesterone I take it when I'm pregnant and it just makes me sleepy but I only took 200 mg. A friend of mine said it made her crazy she took it 2x's a day.

    Yes, I take 400mg orally. Crazy pills! I'm taking 10 in a row, and then again on CD 16-26.

    I had to take it 3 times a day while I was pregnant. I had horrible headaches & was constantly exhausted. Could have been the meds, could have been the pregnancy. I'd space those doses out if you're taking both pills at once. That might help reduce the s/e a little.

       Me: IR-PCOS, elevated DHEAs, low progesterone, weak ovulation  DH: low volume, low T
    SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.
    BFP#1 7/20/13 EDD 3/30/14, m/c 8/19/13, D&E 8/21/13, Chromosomal results = normal, female
    Lap & hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/31, right tube cleared, no endo found! ...Happy Halloween!
    Cycle 14: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP! EDD 9/16/14~ Rowan Elizabeth born sleeping at 17w4d on 4/12/14 due to IC.
    ~There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world~
    New RE June 2014. RPL b/w - negative. SIS looking for uterine/cervical abnormalities & Asherman's 6/10/14 - ALL CLEAR!  
    Cycle 16: Natural IUI = CP, Cycle 17: Femara (2.5) + IUI = BFN, Cycle 18 Femara (5) + IUI = BFFN, Cycle 19: Break

    This sounds like me on ambien too. DH says I am no longer allowed to get on the computer or leave the bed after I take it.

    I take 200 mg 2X a day after my IUIs and (God willing) 12 weeks into a future pregnancy.

    It makes me very hungry and very bitchy. I bought my partner dinner and an apology card because of the terrible things I said. I hate Prometrium.
