How long and how many naps does your LO take while at daycare?

DS is at daycare from 8:15 to 5pm every day. He's been sleeping horribly lately at night and I've noticed he dropped a nap and his other naps are shorter. He's doing two 1hr naps BUT they way they record it includes the time it takes to put him down for a nap so in reality the nap could be only 1/2. And they say it takes a while to get him to sleep. On the weekends we try to keep him to a schedule but it never works he typically takes 3 or 4 half hour naps and he goes down fast. I've noticed on Sunday nights he's been sleeping great! Just curious what other 7 month old nap schedules look like.

Mine is a mess. She's always taken 2-3 hour long or plus naps with us a day, but at school she now takes 1 half hour nap a day. They said they are doing all they can and I believe them but it's bad. She looks like Vince Vaughn when I pick her up and is soooo tired. We're 8 months now though, at 7 months she was still napping twice for them. Hopefully it's just a phase.

I guess any nap is good, he was doing a third nap for a while but in the past few weeks they said he is wide awake and won't do it anymore.

Maybe he is just becoming more aware of everything that is happening? That kind of happened to us before the nap boycott.

She takes 3 naps at daycare, about an hour, hour and a half each. At home, she takes one 3-4 hour nap and a couple of catnaps (usually on me) that last a few minutes each.

My LO is 6 mo and takes about two naps at daycare but they range from 1/2 hr to 2 hrs.  I can't figure it out.  I guess I'm good as long as she's napping.  She doesn't sleep well at night either but she's been battling colds since she was about 2-2.5mo old.  I wish I could teach her how to blow her nose so that she can breathe easier at night

2-3 naps and generally 45 minutes tops.
