How did your transfer go today? Rest up this weekend!!

ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    BeckyP005 - so nice of you to think of me!  I had the ER today (transfer will be Sun, Mon or Weds).  They got 15 eggs - so not bad I think.  Enough I hope that we will have enough to cryo freeze.

    Procedure itself was fine - anxiety leading up to it was worse.  What was horrible is the IV... I have small, hard to find veins.  They missed / had to dig around a little and then the fluid was going in my arm, not the vein.  (Didn't help that I hadn't had anything to eat / drink since midnight last night - I always drink at least 16oz water before blood draws to plump the veins up).  They finally got it in my wrist - but given my dislike/fear of needles you can imagine how I felt.  I have 2 ugly bruises from it now.  Not fun!  But again - I was out cold for the procedure so that was fine

    I find out tomorrow how many fertilized and then they will call me Sun to let me know if they are doing Transfer then or waiting till Mon or Weds.  Will keep you posted.

    Hope you are doing well!  Sending you warm wishes that your perfect DE is out there waiting for you and you will find it soon!!

    3 BFN rounds Clomid + IUI
    IVF 1 - BFN, 1 Frozen
    IVF 2 - BFN, 5 Frozen
    FET 1 - BFP!!! EDD 1/24/15 Beta 1: 700, Beta 2: 2,156; 1st U/S 6w3d: HB 118bpm, 2nd U/S 9w3d: HB 171bpm

    Oh how I read ET is beyond me! Lol. 15 eggs is awesome! Ouch on the iv :( FX for a great fertility report!!

    BeckyP005 - thanks - just heard this afternoon - 14 fertilized so hopefully there are enough that will continue to grow so we can transfer 1 or 2 (depending on what the dr says) and freeze the rest.
