Anyone have the problem of a ligament growing in uterus/ 39 wks & Breech

I just went for my 38 week appointment this past week and the doctor sent me in for an ultrasound.  Baby wound up being in the breech position ( a complete shock to me my husband and my chiropractor ).  Also they found a ligament in the top right corner of my uterus that ran kiddy-corner making it harder for her to turn.  The technician said they usually find this way earlier and they really think its going to be hard to turn her for a natural delivery.

This is our 1st and my husband have been really trying the holistic, natural route with our pregnancy and (we hope) our delivery.  We have an obgyn but hired a doula for holistic support.  I see a chiropractor and acupuncturist regularly.  Right where they say this ligament is I have a hard lump (which up to now we thought was baby).  Its tender to touch and you can follow the tenderness all the way around my back to one of my lower vertebrae.

I've found a bunch of techniques for turning breeched babies and am trying them but has anyone out there had this issue with the ligament?  I've tried massaging it out but its really stiff.  I can't find any info online about it and I've got till Monday to figure this thing out if there is any hope of me avoiding a c section.
