Has anyone tried lactation cookies?

I was wondering if anyone has tried lacation cookies? I am trying to figure out how to get more milk so I can pump some for future use. Anyone have ideas or ways that actually work. My doctor had told me to try fenugreek tablets but I haven't got any because I never heard of it before and rather not have to take pills. I do drink a lot of water and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I have done the cookies. I am currently taking 5 fenugreek pills a day, eat really oatmeal for breakfast and drinking mothers milk throughout the day. All of this has increased my supply.

I take fenugreek and brewers yeast tablets.. The brewers yeast is what's in the cookies to increase supply. I used to make the cookies, but it got sick of them (I never thought I'd say that), so now I just take the tablets.

These are the ones I make. Not sure how much they help but they include both fenugreek and brewers yeast in the mix!! And yummy

I have been eating them for about a month now and they definitely work for me. I will try and include the link for the cookies I make. I also have a warm compress on my chest when I pump and also eat oats every morning. A girl from the Sept 13 board said she puts brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in hers, thats what Ive been doing and its delicious! I have done lactation cookies and they seem to have worked a little too well.
